Servora = The Voice of a servant Leader
My name is Natalie Shields, founder of Servora Leadership Consulting. My mission is to equip leaders to serve with purpose and clarity. I believe that great leadership starts with humility, intentionality, and a deep understanding of one's calling. With a Bachelor of Arts in Counseling from Grace College (Class of 2016) and a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University (Class of 2023), I’ve combined my passion for listening with a lifelong commitment to servant leadership. I’ve always been drawn to helping others discover their “why” — to find purpose in their work, clarity in their calling, and confidence in how they lead. Servora exists to support that journey — through coaching, leadership hiring consultation, servant leadership training & development, and mission-minded events & communication.

Leadership Hiring Consultation: Hiring for key leadership roles is one of the most critical decisions an organization can make. Servora offers third-party consultation for boards, executive teams, and leadership groups to bring an outside, unbiased perspective rooted in discernment, integrity, and servant leadership. With a background in counseling and leadership, I help teams navigate the complexities of hiring with clarity, alignment, and confidence. My role is to help you choose the right leader — not just a qualified one.
Servant Leadership Development: Servora offers customized workshops, keynotes, and book studies for individuals and teams to help leaders embrace the principles of servant leadership — trust, empathy, service, and impact. Grounded in faith and backed by real-world tools, these sessions are built to equip both emerging and established leaders to lead with heart and clarity.

One-on-One Coaching: Three-session coaching plan (includes three 1-hr sessions) $165 | Six-session coaching plan (includes six 1-hr sessions) $320
Mission-Aligned Events & Messaging: Starts at $350. Includes four 1-hour sessions (intro/brainstorm, vision, follow-up, & debrief)
Leadership Hiring Consultation: Starts at $365. Includes up to 6 total hours of support, which may include: application filtering, resume and cover letter review, participation in candidate interviews, debriefing and feedback sessions with your team, and ongoing email communication throughout the process.
Leadership Development Workshops, Keynotes, & Book Studies: 1-time workshop/keynote for teams & groups start at $150 | 1-month weekly book study sessions (for individuals or teams) $200
Add-on additional coaching/consulting hours to any package above by the hour for $45/hr.
General consultation for companies, teams, and individuals by the hour: $60/hr
Non-profit organizations & students receive 10% off all services.
